Registering with us will make your online visits to Allbex much quicker and easier.

Firstly you will need to add the items you would like to purchase to your basket.

Once these items have been added view ‘Your Basket’ and proceed to ‘Checkout’.

You will be asked to enter your email address as a new customer to continue your purchase.

Please enter your delivery and billing details here.

At the bottom of the page you will be given the option to ‘Create an Account’.

Your email address should already be added, you just need to add a password before placing your order.

Now you will have an account for the next time you wish to place an order with us.

To log in to your account click on ‘Your Account’ or Login at the top right corner of the page.

This will take you to a page where you can enter your email address and password.

When entered correctly you will be logged into your account.

Logging in makes placing an order even faster and easier than usual, as your delivery details will already be filled in.

While logged-in, you can change any of these details as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Your Account’ at the top right corner of the page –

There you will be able to fill out the forgotten password field with your email address and an email will be sent to you.

Shopping on Allbex is as secure as shopping in any store. Your credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure.

Please note that in the interest of security, Allbex will never ask for your full username, password or credit card details via email, pop-ups, or for any purpose other than registering or placing an order on Allbex.

Once you’ve registered with Allbex, you can login to your account at any time to view and update the personal details you have saved.

Here you can change/update:

  • Your name, email address and phone number under ‘Account Details’

  • Password under ‘Account Details’
  • Billing information Card details and Billing address under ‘Payment’

  • Delivery information under ‘Delivery Address’

If the credit or debit card used to pay is lost, stolen, or cancelled, you must contact Customer Services so we can update your account.

Changing the card details stored against your regular Allbex account will not automatically update your account.

  1. If I place an order will it be delivered?
    Yes, our warehouse is still operating and orders are being dispatched every business day. Additional staff have been hired and we are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. We understand it is important to get your technology to you asap and are doing everything in our power to make that happen.We use Bpost for all deliveries and they also remain fully operational.

  2. Why are items taking longer to be delivered?
    As more people are working for home and schools are teaching online, demand for our products has increased significantly. In general, there has also been a spike in people shopping online for all types of products, placing extra pressure on freight companies.

  3. Is it safe to receive my order?
    Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to packaging. We have implemented rigorous cleaning routines in high touch and high traffic areas.Staff follow strict hygiene measures which include using gloves, hand sanitizer and frequently washing hands. We have closed our public showroom and allow pre-arranged pick-up in line with social distancing guidelines. Staff who have any symptoms are instructed to stay at home.

    We are not offering collect for local customers.

Yes. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number provided by the courier delivering your order.Alink and tracking number will be provided in this email.

Yes, there is a priority express shipping option. Your order will be placed at the top of the queue and will generally ship in 24hrs, shipped priority airfreight to your address.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a Return Authorisation.

If we have sent you the wrong product, please let us know and we will happily exchange the order, covering all postage costs.

If you change your mind, or decide that a device needsto be changed, we will happily exchange the product over for you. But the shipping costs for you to return the product will not be covered, or the additional delivery costs.

Delivery charges vary depending on the products you are purchasing. Delivery within Belgium is free with a purchase from 100 . There’s a shipping estimate calculator on every product page. All warranty claims must be pre-arranged first by contacting us.

Refurbished equipment supplied by ALLBEX are covered by the limited warranty which lasts for 90 days and begins on the date of purchase indicated on your invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s)

New purchased hardware, software and accessories are always carrying the warranty and support supplied by the manufacturer.

The warranty does cover:

Only items which are specifically described as having a warranty period are covered by the ALLBEX warranty. Items described “AS IS or PARTS ONLY” are excluded from any warranty.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware products sold by ALLBEX on a part-by-part basis.

The warranty does not cover:

Consumable parts of the item being sold (e.g. laptop batteries). Batteries are tested to hold charge however as they are used batteries ALLBEX cannot promise or commit to a minimum battery discharge/run time. Batteries will be replaced if it has been found to be in a non-functional condition (ie. does not hold any charge) and the fault is reported in the first 7 days after purchase.

Items damaged in transit.

Defects and malfunctions resulting from viruses, lock ups, general protection faults or operating system errors.

Compatibility problems – it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item purchased will be compatible for use with their existing hardware and systems.

Any defects or damage as a result of using this item in a manner other than its intended or customary use.

Any defects or damage which have been caused by abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, including damage caused by freight, blown fuses, electrical fluctuations, spill of food or liquid or any other acts which are not the fault of ALLBEX.

  • Breakage or damage to the casing.
  • All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use.
  • Consumable components of the item.
  • Items which have had the serial number removed or made illegible.
  • Damage resulting from use of non-standard accessories.
  • Items which have been damaged in transit on return to ALLBEX.
  • Items where the security seal has been removed or tampered with in any way.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or jurisdiction to jurisdiction). ALLBEXsresponsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited as set forth in this warranty statement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of the limited warranty period set forth herein. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the limited warranty period has expired. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Benelux- all products can be delivered to anywhere the Benelux.

International – only certain products can be delivered internationally. To find out whether delivery is available to your country for a product, add the product to your cart and on the Shopping Cart page select your Deliver To country. If any items in your cart can’t be delivered to your selected country, you will be notified on the Shopping Cart page.

Couriers and Belgium Post have an authority to leave (ATL). This means unless you have specifically selected to not allow ATL, they will leave the item on your doorstep.

ATL is authority to leave. When the “signature not required on delivery” option is selected (it is by default) this will mean your item will be shipped with the ATL instruction to the courier. Your order will be left on your doorstep if no one is available to sign for the order. Please note ALLBEX cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.

We use Bpost for all deliveries within Belgium. For some smaller items we use Belgium Post.

You can pay online via Credit Card, Bancontact, Paypal, or by direct bank transfer.

You will see an estimated delivery time during checkout after you have selected your preferred delivery option.

Within Belgium, orders to metro areas of capital cities and larger regional centres should generally arrive within 2-3business days with an express service or 2-7 business days with a standard service after being dispatched. For more remote locations it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the location.

Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Shipping is free of charge on a lot of items with a purchase from 100, and there is also a freight calculator on every product page and at check out.

Please allows 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you live in a rural area, this time frame may extend by 2-3 business days.

Most of the time your order is delivered earlier, and you can follow your order with the track code provided by E-mail.

Returns can be sent via your nearest Post office. Make sure you use the original packaging that the item was sent in, so it arrives safely. Any change of mind returns will need to be paid by the buyer and will not be refunded. We suggest getting tracking on the return so you have proof of postage.

If the item is defective, has a major problem, is significantly different from the description or is unsafe, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or be compensated for the drop in value.

If the item has a minor problem, the item will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

All items returned to ALLBEX must be shipped in the original packaging. Damage as a result of incorrect packaging / damage in transit will need to be paid for by the sender.

The conversation between you and our trainer or support employee also takes place via Teamviewer. Therefore, there is no need for a telephone connection anymore.

Without this permission, ALLBEX (and no one else) can hack into your PC.

By clicking the icon in the Password field, a context menu will appear for changing the random password or for copying it to the clipboard (Windows copy & paste function).
